Our Skill Builder Program accelerates the experience and knowledge of our entry-level petro- technical college hires by providing up to three different value added job assignments within the first six years of joining the Company. Each diverse assignment provides the opportunity to support one of our high value assets and enables you to actively contribute to the team's deliverables.

Finance & Accounting core development Program

Marathon Oil's Finance and Accounting Core Development Program allows participants to rotate between different F&A positions within the Company to give you the hands-on experience, training and skill development needed to prepare you for future career choices.

Marathon Oil Young Professionals

Our Young Professionals Group provides a forum for networking and career development to young professionals from all disciplines. They get an exposure to senior management along with an opportunity to discuss issues relevant to them.
